I found what Anat said very interesting and I want to read her book. However, the interviewer was a distraction with his constantingly saying "Right" over and over. He added nothing to the interview.

Dear Melodi, Marc and Peyton,

Thank you so much for this post, it is truly wonderful to hear how well you are all doing and to feel the enthusiasm you have for Donna and the ABM. I must apologize for not posting it sooner. It ended up in my spam!!!
I also need to reply to a comment you left a while back about nutrition.
Anat does not recommend any special “brain” diet but believes nutrition is paramount and always refers parents to a great nutritionist called Krispin Sullivan. There is a link to her website on the left hand side of this blog. I think it would be very valuable to start a strand of comments about this as many parents are incredibly knowledgeable in this area.

Chad and John,

It is wonderful to hear about your adventures. This work is so immediately useful that I am always heartened to hear of more people getting to know about it!

Chad - I'm so glad to see this taking hold in "corporate America" and small business alike. We tend to think reactively rather than preventively which leads to so much loss in terms of productivity, quality of experience in the workplace and employee retention as well as the direct costs of fixing what we "broke" instead of preserving what we have been blessed with. You know how much more productive and positive I am since you've worked with me - It's made a world of difference in my career and in my life.
